PAYMENT
✧ Method:
PayPal invoicing only.
✧ Structure:
50% upfront to reserve your slot, 50% upon completion before final delivery.
✧ How it works:
A single PayPal invoice is sent for the full commission amount with partial payments enabled. You pay the first 50% to lock in your place, and the remaining 50% later via the same invoice link. PayPal tracks the balance and sends reminders automatically.
✧ When work begins:
After the first 50% payment is received.
✧ When final files are delivered:

I designate three main stages of work:

✧ Final.At the outline and flat color stages, simple edits are free.

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, the following rights apply:
✧ Artist Rights:
I retain all copyrights to the artwork, including the right to display the piece in my portfolio, social media, or promotional materials.
✧ Client Rights (Personal Use):
The Client is granted a non-exclusive license for Personal Use. This includes:
Printing for personal display.
Use as social media avatars/banners (with credit).
✧ Commercial Use:
Commercial rights (for merchandise, advertising, or resale) are not included unless specifically purchased and outlined in a separate contract.
✧ Prohibited Uses:
The artwork may not be used for AI training or "fed" into generative AI models.
The artwork may not be used for NFTs or blockchain-related projects.─── ⋆⋅ ☾⋅⋆ ───REVISIONS & DELIVERY
✧ Drafting Phase: I will provide 3 progress updates (outlines, flat color, and final). Minor changes are free during the outline and flat color stages.
✧ Final Delivery: The final artwork will be delivered as a high-resolution PNG via email from [email protected]
✧ Major Revisions: Any major changes requested after the "sketch" phase may incur additional fees.─── ⋆⋅ ☾⋅⋆ ───CODE OF CONDUCT
✧ I reserve the right to decline any commission request that I am uncomfortable with or that does not align with my artistic style.
✧ Communication will remain professional. Harassment or threats will result in immediate termination of the project without a refund.
